The Sun City resort has GOT SO MUCH to do and caters to EVERY taste, you'll never be bored.Property Location With a stay at The Palace of the Lost City at Sun City Resort in Sun City, you'll be 9.6 mi (15.5 km) from Pilanesberg National Park and 13.9 mi (22.3 km) from Mogwase Shopping Center. Breakfast is a very grand affair in the grandest of surroundings. Had a restful night and enjoyed an incredible breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed a a very special High Tea that afternoon in the exquisite Crystal Court dining-room with views over the lakes and spectacular gardens surrounding the hotel. Room was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful furnishings, a comfortable bed and relaxing views over the gardens (only gripe, no ashtrays outside any of the ground floor rooms, cigarette butts littered everywhere). What more can be said about this iconic hotel? Spectacular in every sense! Escorted by a very friendly lady from our car (which was whisked away by the valet), to reception, offered a welcome drink, checked in, taken on a brief tour of the hotel, escorted to our room and showed all facilities. In June 2016 the hotel had a winter special and we decided to spend a night here to celebrate a birthday.
